Rules of procedure

We are happy to welcome you to Villa Paul and wish you a good stay.

This gîte offers 5 bedrooms, one of which is independent (n°5) with access to the rear of the house. The ground floor bathroom is reserved for bedroom no. 4.

The kitchen as well as all the utensils, the dining room as well as the living room, the exteriors and the swimming pool can be used by everyone.

We ask that the dishes, kitchen utensils, fridge, barbecue, plancha be cleaned and put away when you leave. The cleaning fee does not include cleaning of its elements. If you have animals, please check that they do not relieve themselves in the property.

Arrivals are from 4:00 p.m. and departures before 10:00 a.m. At the time of entry inventory, you will have to leave a deposit check which will not be returned for collection. After the exit inventory, it will be returned to you if no damage is noted. Otherwise, you will have to pay for the repairs. Otherwise the deposit check will be cashed.

You can order barbecue kits from us including: 1 bag of charcoal and fire starter for €10.

The safety of the swimming pool is the responsibility of the occupants, when there are young children, we ask you to keep the two gates which give access to the swimming pool closed. There are no set times for using the swimming pool.

After 10:00 p.m. we respect the peace and quiet of neighbors. Be careful of loud music.

We know that you will understand these internal regulations and will take care not to disturb your neighbors. Otherwise we may interrupt your stay without refund.
